The IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) is a professional credential offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). This certification is designed specifically for business analysts working in an Agile environment and who wish to demonstrate their understanding and competency in Agile analysis.
The certification is based on the Agile Extension to the BABOK Guide, which was developed by the IIBA in collaboration with the Agile Alliance. The guide provides an outline of Agile principles, practices, tools, and techniques that can be applied within the context of business analysis.
Earning the IIBA-AAC credential involves passing a multiple-choice exam that covers various Agile analysis topics. The exam is designed to test real-world knowledge and requires both theoretical understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
The IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) has no pre-requisites from IIBA®️. This mean anyone can take up this course! However, the most benefit will be realized by those working in the IT Industry and either working on working towards Agile Projects. This is a live training that will be conducted online via Zoom. A CBAP®️ Certified instructor will lead this training for two days. The AAC®️ course curriculum is meticulously designed to align with the Agile Extension to BABOK® V3, enabling learners to prepare thoroughly for their AAC exam.
