Job-Hunt Workshop FAQ
The Job Hunt Workshop is a fully personalized, one-on-one career acceleration program designed to take you from wherever you are today to where you want to be — with a job offer to show for it.
Whether you're new to the workforce, switching careers, or returning after a gap, we work with you individually to build your resume, sharpen your interview skills, close skill gaps, and connect you directly with employers who are hiring.
Anyone ready to get hired. The Job Hunt Workshop is open to candidates from all backgrounds — no tech experience required. Whether you studied arts, business, science, or something else entirely, we meet you where you are and build a strategy tailored specifically to you and the role you're targeting.
Everything between you and your next job offer, including: resume writing customized to your target role and industry, LinkedIn profile optimization to attract recruiters, interview preparation and mock interviews, personal branding and job search strategy, skill gap identification and bridging, and direct employer referrals and interview opportunities. Nothing is templated — every element is built around you.
Most job seekers apply blindly and hear nothing back. The Job Hunt Workshop flips that. Instead of sending your resume into a void, you'll have a professionally crafted profile, a targeted outreach strategy, and a mentor actively working to connect you with the right opportunities. You're not searching alone — you have a partner in your corner.
It depends on you. The process is self-paced and personalized — some candidates land interviews within weeks, others take a little longer depending on their target role and how much groundwork needs to be laid. What doesn't change is the commitment: we stay with you until you get there
Both. The goal of the Job Hunt Workshop isn't just to prepare you — it's to get you in front of employers. Through our network of employer partners and alumni referrals, we actively work to connect qualified candidates with real interview opportunities. Preparation AND placement, not one or the other.
No. The Job Hunt Workshop is open to external candidates as well. If you have skills you've built elsewhere and need help packaging, positioning, and pitching them to employers, this program is for you.
