Refund Policy ITCity Consulting Inc. — Revised January 2026

Overview

At ITCity Consulting Inc., we want you to feel confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or reservation changes may be granted for our various products and services. 1. Live Certification Training Programs (Online)

Purchases made for Online, Live Certification Training Programs are refundable, less a 7% administrative fee, provided no training sessions or course materials have been delivered at the time of the request. If training has commenced or materials have been distributed, a refund will not be issued. However, we offer the following alternatives:

  • Transfer your enrollment to a later program date

  • Switch to a different class or course

  • Apply your payment as a credit toward another ITCity product or service

2. Career Support Services

Purchases made for Career Support Services are refundable, less a 7% administrative fee, provided the services have not yet been rendered.

No refund will be issued once services have been provided, either partially or in full. This includes resume reviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn coaching, and job placement support.

3. Digital Products

Purchases made for digital products — including training guides, exam preparation materials, and question banks — are strictly non-refundable.

Please review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction. Digital products are made available immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

4. Self-Study Certification Training Programs

Purchases made for Self-Study Certification Training Programs are strictly non-refundable.

However, we understand that circumstances change. We offer the following accommodations:

  • Transfer your enrollment to a later program date

  • Switch to a different class or course

  • Apply your payment as a credit toward another ITCity product or service

5. Bootcamp Programs

Purchases made for Bootcamp Programs are strictly non-refundable after the program has commenced. A full refund will be issued only if a written refund request is received before the program start date. Requests received after commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a partial refund at ITCity's discretion, depending on the circumstances and stage of the program.
