Refund Policy

Purchases made for any Online, Live Certification Training Programs are REFUNDABLE, less 7% of the total transaction provided any training or course material was not delivered. We can also modify your reservation to a later date, a different class, and in some cases, credit your purchase towards a different product. Purchases made for Professional Services are REFUNDABLE, less 7% of the total transaction, provided the services have not been rendered to you yet. No refunds will be issued once the services are provided partially or fully.

Purchases made for any Digital Products like training guides, or exam question books are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Please review your purchase carefully before committing.

Purchases made for any Self-Study Certification Training Programs are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Please review your purchase carefully before committing. However, we can modify your reservation to a later date, a different class, and in some cases, credit your purchase towards a different product. Purchases made for any Boot Camp Programs are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after commencement of the program. We will provide a full refund ONLY IF the refund request is received before course commencement. Requests received after the course commencement are subject to review on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a partial refund.
